Comme à l »habitude, la journée du samedi sera consacrée aux « défilés de mode » puisque plusieurs teams officiels en profiteront pour présenter leurs nouvelles équipes, nouvelles motos et nouvelles couleurs à la presse internationale. Ce sera l »heure des retrouvailles, au sortir d »un long hiver, et un avant goût de ce qui se passera dimanche ou ils prendront la piste pour deux séances d »essais et trois courses qui donneront un aperçu de ce que pourraient être les championnats du Monde 2002.
