In the sport class, after a pause from the races that lasted 5 months due to an operation to his knee, Davide Gozzini was back on his SMR 450, resulted at the end of the day on 4th and 5th positions in the two races respectively.
His new teammate for this year Eddy Seel won without a doubt race 1, showing to be even more comfortable with his SM R 450. In race 2 the Belgian rider was penalized by a bad start that did not permit him to go further than the 3rd place.
Seel is still the leader of the sport class with a huge gap from Balducci and Rispoli, a big surprise of this second round.
Next round of the Italian Supermoto Championship is fixed for June 4th and 5th in Jesolo, while on May 1st our riders will start the journey of the Supermoto World Championship from Castelletto di Branduzzo, Italy.
