Gajser est beaucoup tombé, un peu à la Fevre..dès qu’il se met en mode grosse attaque il est par terre, même si dans ces tours rapides il fait plaisir à voir, on dirait qu’il arrive pas à trouver le seuil entre le cruise control et l’attaque maxi. Jeffrey…. ce mec est à part; définitivement.

C’est le pilote le plus volontaire et technique mais qui passe pour le bad boy parce qu’il ne supporte pas de perdre. Il met à fond pour le meilleur et pour le pire…

Pour les flemmards, ça donne à peu près ça : Jeffrey Herlings: « Nous n’avons pas beaucoup roulé à l’entraînement mais nous avons eu un bon choix de porte et puis dans la première manche Romain avait vraiment un bon rythme, alors je me suis assis là pour économiser de l’énergie. Comme tout le monde le sait, je me suis cassé l’omoplate et ce n’est pas normal de rouler à nouveau dans treize jours. Je ne savais pas si ma vitesse s’estomperait parce que la piste était si rugueuse et dure sur le corps. À un moment donné, j’ai senti que je pouvais courir plus vite. J’ai dépassé Romain et j’ai fait un écart. J’ai bien commencé dans la deuxième manche – quatrième ou cinquième je pense – mais je me suis réuni avec Glenn pour une ligne intérieure. C’était dommage d’être dernier mais je me suis battu pour revenir à la 5e place… puis je me suis évanoui! Je ne pouvais pas tenir la moto aussi bien et je ne voulais pas faire un gros accident. Aller 1-5 est une bonne journée. Il y a une semaine, nous pensions que le championnat était terminé – et j’ai encore besoin de traquer les points – mais 42 points, ce n’est pas trop mal et il y a encore beaucoup de courses et d’options à venir. 42 points, ce n’est pas là où je veux être, mais si j’avais eu cette offre il y a une semaine, j’aurais signé pour elle. »

Un v’la un qui est très content : Romain Febvre : « Oui !!! Je n’ai pas déménagé pour vivre près d’ici il y a toutes ces années pour rien. Tout le travail acharné porte enfin ses fruits; J’ai fait du très bon travail avec mon coéquipier et toute l’équipe Kawasaki cette semaine et nous l’avons fait … cela signifie vraiment beaucoup de voir mon visage sur le podium ici à Lommel après avoir été proche plusieurs fois dans le passé. Je faisais une erreur les deux motos mais j’ai quand même gagné le GP. J’avais déjà un très bon rythme dans la première course, mais ensuite j’ai basculé; quand Jeffrey m’a attrapé, j’ai essayé d’analyser où il était le plus rapide et je ne l’ai pas laissé partir, mais après deux tours, j’ai basculé. Ensuite, j’étais seul pour la seconde et je l’ai juste roulé à la maison; Je savais que la deuxième manche était pour le GP et j’ai fait un tour très rapide au début pour être seul. J’ai été clair jusqu’à ce que je fasse une petite erreur qui m’a ramené à la cinquième place; il m’a fallu quelques tours pour me regrouper mais j’étais déterminé à gagner à la fois la moto et le GP. J’ai passé les gars devant moi et je l’ai fait; J’étais dessus cette deuxième manche. Je suis tellement fier de mon équipe et je les remercie pour tout; c’est sûr qu’on va fêter ce soir. C’est toujours bien d’être proche de la tête des points mais la plaque rouge ne veut rien dire à ce stade de la saison. C’était une bonne journée pour nous, mais il y a beaucoup de courses à faire; c’est une longue saison. Nous n’avons fait que six courses jusqu’à présent, mais je pense que ce sera notre année! “

Ce qui est cool avec RF s’exprimant en anglais et retraduit en français à l’arrache, c’est que t’as l’impression qu’il s’exprime encore plus mal qu’il ne le fait en réalité…

Bah vu sa blessure et son retour précoce avec son classement du gp (1-5), son double dépassement où il avale vlanderen et (Cairoli je crois) en seconde manche, il a pris énormément de risques ce dimanche…
