MIXED FEELINGS FOR BOS GP

We learnt a lot this weekend…
It’s only our 3rd GP so far, but the all team is improving so fast.
At every step we do, another problem comes, we find another solution then, and so on…
Exciting and interesting at the same time.
« We clearly have a good balanced bike right now. Evgeny is feeling comfortable, and Ken get used to our suspensions pretty quick too. We are definitely where we wanted to be. Now my main goal is to get extra-power for the 450 RMZ. Bobby is working a lot, he’s fast, he needs better starts and more horse power to get in the fight for the 5th place. The lap times show that he have the speed, but we need to help him to reach that goal. The 2 weeks break will be focus on that, trust me » says Olivier Bossard, owner of BOS GP.
Bad start in first moto (18th in lap 1), Evgeny Bobryshev came back 12th proving that the speed is here.
But a crash at the first turn left him a very long time under his 450f and he only could came back 19th, saving 2 important points.
« I was feeling good on the track, and I was able to come back fast in the first laps, yesterday and in first moto. Sadly, a first turn crash ruined my plans for the second moto. I was feeling good, the jump of the gate was ok, but Cairoli lost the front end a bit, slowed down, and I had to break too hard, and lost the front end too. I did my best to save points for the championship, but I’m definitely hungry for more… » explains Bobryshev Evgeny.
After 3 races, Evgeny Bobryshev stands 16th in the World Championship with 30 points.
Ken de Dycker suffered bad starts too, and managed to come back from almost last to 25th in second moto.
« Even if Ken rides a 450SXF at home, it’s difficult to jump onboard and get results right away. Ken will definitely feel better in Arco di Trento with more hours of training/testing. We are stocked that he directly loved the bike, cause after spending years on a Factory Suzuki and a Factory KTM, his opinion really do matters to us, you can imagine. We will help him for sure to get points before the return of Jordi Tixier ! » says Pierrick Paget, BOS GP Team Manager.
