"Max Anstie and Tommy Searle have been signed up to make their debut for the CLS Pro Circuit Kawasaki team at Bercy from November 19 to 21. And the two Brits face half of the KTM GP armada and the very best of American youth over the three days.
Anstie is already a legend in the Paris arena after sweeping up the best France could offer on two-strokes, his outgoing personality wowing the crowd on each visit, even if they could hardly understand a word of what he was saying on the podium.
For Searle meanwhile the French classic will be a new experience, but he will not be the only one.
Out goes James Stewart after two years, and 09 King Justin Brayton also dips out on an invite as the accent is placed almost completely on youth.
Double world champion Marvin Musquin is naturally the main draw for the home public, and he is joined in the French team by Greg Aranda, third last year, two-times Euro SX champ Fabien Izoird and Gautier Paulin, whilst Trey Canard and Justin Barcia are the US draw cards alongside Davy Milsaps.
The return of the "Rest of the World" team with the two Brits is also top drawer, Arnaud Tonus confirmed, whilst the organisers are claiming Ken Roczen even though the German said only last week that, whilst he wants to attend, he could yet yet confirm; there is still a degree of uncertainty over his contractual commitments at the time of the race.
Definitely signed however is Toni Cairoli, though it remains to be seen whether or not the Sicilian will make an impact; he was trailed off badly on his first visit to the French race a couple of years back.
There is even a Vets class this year with the likes of Pichon, Tortelli, Boll, Demaria and Maschio, while the Paris FMX show is always top-notch."
