We all know there’s been a lot of frustration over not being able to get the DLC packs if you’re on a PS3 and overseas. After doing some investigating it looks like there was a miscommunication on when it was supposed to be released. With that being said, there is bad news and somewhat good news. Bad news is that DLC is currently slated to be released March 11th. The good news is that we’ve been working with Sony and they were able to pull the date in to February 25th which is only two short weeks away.
Xbox was unaffected by this and should be available for download. No we aren’t playing favorites, it just happened to go down this way.
If you are overseas and created a U.S. account to download the DLC and it is not working for you, we would advise you to contact either Microsoft or Sony’s tech, we unfortunately won’t be able to help you out on how to get U.S. DLC to work with the overseas version.
Last matter to bring up. There ended up being some legal ramifications with our DLC content being released in Italy. Unfortunately, there was not a way to resolve it so it will not be available for purchase in that region. We apologize to all of the players affected in that region, we did everything we could. Frustration, comments, and feedback are more than welcome.
